Mytrip.com Ticket Change Issue – Unjust Fees and Poor Support

I’ve been trying to change the dates on my ticket through Mytrip.com for three days, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. Their website chatbot or representative messaging system is confusing and unhelpful, and I keep being told, “We’ll get back to you,” with no resolution. When I call customer service, they say they can’t make the change because the technical team needs to review it. Meanwhile, the price difference keeps increasing, and they refuse to take responsibility for this delay.

I paid ₺3739 to change my ticket, thinking the process was complete, but hours later, I received an email demanding an additional ₺795, as if I requested another change. When I called to clarify, they casually said, “Sorry, we miscalculated; you need to pay this too.”

This experience has been an absolute nightmare. Their service ends once they sell you the ticket. I strongly urge others to avoid using Mytrip.com. I demand immediate resolution, reimbursement for the overcharges, and accountability for their lack of proper customer support.
