Mytrip Canceled My Flex Ticket After I Paid the Fare Difference and Refused to Issue It Again

I had a terrible experience with Mytrip after purchasing a flexible flight ticket from their website. My original flight was scheduled for April 14, but I requested to change it to September 27 (departure) and October 17 (return). They approved the change, sent me a link, and I paid the fare difference.

But when I checked the site two days later, the flight dates hadn’t changed. I contacted Mytrip immediately, and they claimed there was now a new fare difference, even though I had already paid. Shockingly, they tried to resell the ticket I had just bought.

Despite me refusing to cancel anything, they repeatedly pushed for a cancellation. I eventually said, “Only cancel if you’re going to cancel it entirely.” Instead of fixing their mistake, they canceled the entire ticket, including the newly issued one—just days before my first flight.

They also had the audacity to request a third payment. I have screenshots and all correspondence saved. Their automated support system made the situation worse, misinterpreting my request and leading to a full cancellation.

I demand a full refund for both payments or that they reissue the ticket for September as originally agreed. This platform is not reliable, and the way they misled and pressured me into a cancellation is unacceptable.
