Wizz Air Flight Cancelled but Booking.com Still Shows Confirmed

I booked a flight-only ticket through Booking.com with Wizz Air for March 21, 2026, from London Luton to Tel Aviv. Wizz Air has canceled this flight, but in my Booking.com account the reservation still appears as confirmed, which prevents me from managing the booking properly.
When I try to contact Wizz Air, their automated response clearly states that if the flight was booked through a third party, I must contact that third party. However, I have been trying to reach Booking.com all day and have not been able to get any proper support or confirmation regarding the cancellation.
As a result, I am stuck in a situation where the airline directs me to Booking.com, but Booking.com has not updated the booking status or provided any assistance. I kindly request that Booking.com urgently confirm in writing that my Wizz Air flight from London Luton to Tel Aviv on March 21, 2026 has been canceled and update the reservation status accordingly.
Additionally, since I paid £765.72 for this ticket, I expect either a full refund or, if possible, a credit of equal value that I can use for a future booking. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible so I can make alternative travel arrangements.
