1win Deposit Not Credited – ₹8,299.98 Missing After Paytm Payment
On March 11, 2026, I deposited ₹8,299.98 from my Paytm account into my 1win account, but the amount has still not been credited to my 1win balance.
In my Paytm transaction history, this payment is clearly marked as successful with Transaction ID 691003430920. After noticing that the amount did not appear in my 1win account, I filed complaints through both the Paytm app and the 1win app.
Despite this, the issue has not been resolved, and my deposit is still missing, even though the payment was successfully completed on my Paytm side. I request that this ₹8,299.98 deposit be immediately credited to my 1win account without any further delay, or that the issue be urgently investigated and resolved so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed credit.
