I purchased a Tokyo–Malaysia ticket (Flight OD873) through Mytrip. Without informing me or asking for my consent, the airline Batik Air rescheduled my flight to the next day—June 22, 2025, at 10:25 AM. This new timing does not work for my plans, so I requested a cancellation and refund.
When I contacted Batik Air, they told me they couldn’t help and directed me to Mytrip since the ticket was purchased through them. It’s now been two weeks, and Mytrip still hasn’t resolved anything. I’ve followed up multiple times and still have no clear response or refund. My support reference number is 1064-411-510.
I’m frustrated and disappointed by how both the airline and Mytrip are dodging responsibility for a change I never agreed to. This is not just poor service—it's completely unacceptable.
I’m demanding:
A full refund for the rescheduled ticket I did not approve.
A timely resolution without further delays.
If this continues to be ignored, I will escalate the issue through official consumer protection channels.
