Airtel Money Not Credited After Casino Game Withdrawal

Yesterday at around 7:38 a.m., I played the Casino Bombs Mines game and won money. However, when I requested a withdrawal, I did not receive the funds in my Airtel Money account.

The amount I withdrew was 4,800 TSH, but it has not been credited to my account. I request that this issue be investigated and that my 4,800 TSH be sent to my Airtel Money account as soon as possible.
