Mytrip.com Batik Air Ticket Refund Error

I booked a ticket through MyTrip with the reference number 1002-645-020, which was later canceled by the airline, Batik Air. Despite over 1.5 months passing since the cancellation, I still haven't received a refund from MyTrip. For a month, I called their customer service daily, only to be told about a "refund error." Even now, my tickets to Bali still appear on their website. Due to this issue, I was forced to take out a loan. The company's lack of action is extremely frustrating and has caused significant financial stress.
