Mytrip Failed to Refund Thai Airways Ticket for Canceled Bodrum–Bangkok Flight

Four months ago, I purchased a ticket on Mytrip’s website for a Thai Airways flight from Bodrum to Bangkok scheduled for November 8 (order no: 1066 945 643). However, the airline canceled the flight, and the travel date has already passed. For the past 25 days, I have repeatedly contacted Mytrip, but I was either ignored or kept waiting with no proper response. I haven’t received a new ticket or a refund. At this point, I can’t reach anyone, and I feel completely mistreated.
I bought my ticket using a credit card and did not purchase any insurance or additional services. Since the flight date has already passed, I am no longer requesting a new ticket. I demand a refund of the £329 ticket fee and €600 in compensation for the inconvenience and damages I have suffered during this process. I expect Mytrip to cover both my financial and emotional losses. If the refund and compensation are not provided, I will take legal action against the Mytrip website and file official complaints with the appropriate authorities, including seeking restrictions on their online operations.
