Mytrip Changed My Turkish Airlines Flight Without Asking and Refuses Accountability

I’m deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from Mytrip.com (Order No: 1052-727-610). I had booked a Turkish Airlines flight through their platform, but the flight time was later changed due to “operational reasons.” The shocking part is that this change was approved on my behalf by Mytrip—without my knowledge or consent.

When I contacted Turkish Airlines directly, they were clear: Mytrip confirmed the change without consulting me, and therefore, any resolution must come from Mytrip. I want to know how such a critical change can be made without my explicit approval. Claiming “we emailed you and you didn’t respond within 5 days” is unacceptable. That does not constitute informed consent, especially for a time-sensitive, costly international reservation.

This is a clear violation of my consumer rights. I no longer want vague, templated replies or delays from Mytrip support. I am demanding to speak with someone who can immediately resolve this issue and reverse the unauthorized change.
