Mytrip Refusing Full Refund Despite Paid Cancellation Guarantee

On September 18, 2025, I made a flight reservation through Mytrip from Denpasar, Bali to Manila with Scoot Airlines for November 13, 2025. During the booking process, I also purchased the cancellation and refund guarantee, for which I paid an additional ₺1,200+. The total payment was ₺12,548.77, made using my friend’s credit card.

Due to a work commitment, I tried to cancel my reservation today (October 2, 2025). According to the terms, I have the right to cancel up to 24 hours before the flight, and my refund guarantee clearly covers this situation. However, when I contacted Mytrip customer service, they offered me only a travel voucher instead of a full refund.

My booking reference number is 1083-391-534, and I have all the airline booking details and the terms of the refund guarantee showing that I am eligible for a full refund. I do not accept Mytrip’s refusal to process my refund despite the clear conditions of the guarantee.

I request that the total amount I paid be refunded in full to the credit card used for payment without further delay.
