MSPY Said My Subscription Wouldn't Renew Automatically, Did the Opposite

This company called Mspy is not what they say they are. I bought a subscription from them about 3 months ago and I thought everything was fine. But then I got an email saying that my subscription wouldn't renew automatically. So I thought I was all set. But then I found out that they took money from me without my permission. I tried calling their customer service but their phones were always busy and I couldn't get through to anyone. I'm really frustrated because I need to talk to someone about this situation. It's not right for them to take money without my say-so."
