Unauthorized Charges by Mspy, No Service Received and No Refund Response
I subscribed to Mspy, a remote phone tracking service, on July 28, 2024. Initially, a single payment was taken, but later, additional charges were made to my card without my consent. This raised serious concerns about the company’s trustworthiness. Consequently, I decided to terminate my subscription and requested a refund, especially since I haven’t received any service. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a resolution, but I still haven't received any response or refund. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I urge the company to address this matter promptly and return my money.
