Mspy Refused My Refund and Charged Me Without Authorization

I requested a refund from Mspy because I couldn’t access the target user’s information as promised, making the app unusable for me. Despite explaining that I’m not using the app and asking for my money back, they refused to process my refund. To make matters worse, the payment was taken from my account without me entering my security password. It feels like my money was taken without my consent, and I’m deeply concerned about this security issue. I simply want my money back, but they are not cooperating. This situation has left me frustrated and feeling misled, and I'm questioning the security and reliability of this service. I urge Mspy to address this and refund my payment immediately.
