Mspy Overcharged Me for a 1-Day Trial and Ignored My Refund Request

I wanted to try the Mspy phone monitoring app and purchased what was supposed to be a 1-day trial. But instead of charging the expected amount, they withdrew far more money from my account—without any clear notice or consent. I never agreed to the amount they took.

What’s worse is that I couldn’t even use the app. It didn’t work as promised, and now I can't reach any customer service. I submitted a refund request and left multiple feedback messages, but they’ve completely ignored me. No response, no action—just silence.

I’m a student, and this was money I had carefully saved. They took it without proper explanation, and if I don’t receive a full refund soon, I will file a formal complaint and pursue legal action for cyber fraud.
