No Action Taken Regarding My MSPY Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request

Please cancel my MSPY membership with the number 9256033. I have sent two emails, but the cancellation has not been processed. I have no interest in acquiring any additional membership or product. I would like to exercise my right to withdraw and request the cancellation of my subscription, as well as a refund. I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service and I'm not getting the support I need. Kindly reach out to me as soon as possible to address this matter.
