I Face Misleading Service and Unrefunded Payment on MSPY Parental Control

On June 8, 2025, I purchased the MSPY parental control service’s 3-month plan for ₺1205.71. Unfortunately, the service turned out to be completely misleading and did not meet our needs. The features promised on the website were not accessible without paying an additional subscription fee for the phone number we intended to monitor, which was never clearly stated before purchase.

On the same day, I requested a full refund due to this misleading practice. However, despite my immediate request, it has now been 17 days, and MSPY has neither refunded my money nor provided any genuine support. Each time I contacted them, they stalled the process with repetitive and unhelpful responses, leaving me frustrated and financially burdened.

This situation has caused both financial loss and emotional stress for my family, as we trusted this service for our child’s safety. I explicitly request the full refund of ₺1205.71 without further excuses.
