Lenovo Laptop Repair Problems

The laptop I purchased from the Media Markt store suffered damage in an accident and subsequently would not turn on. Naturally, I sent the product through Media Markt to the Lenovo service center. A repair request was submitted for the amount of 10,280 ₺, and I paid this amount. The product was in the service center for 16 days. When I called to inquire about the situation, I was informed that the damaged parts could not be obtained, and therefore, the repair could not be completed. In this case, they said that if there is a similar product, it will be replaced, and if not, a refund will be issued based on the invoice price of the product. However, the invoice price and the current price differ by about twice. If I wanted to purchase a similar product, I would have to pay over 10,000 ₺. In light of this, I request that the responsible parties find a solution to this situation to avoid my dissatisfaction. Have a good day.
