MovieStarPlanet Login Bug Leaves iPhone User Stuck on Endless Loading Screen

I have been unable to log into MovieStarPlanet from my iPhone 11 for about a month. After launching the app and entering my password, the screen just spins continuously and fails to load my account.

I purchased a VIP membership and spent money on this game, but because I cannot access my account, I am wasting both my paid VIP time and the money I spent. I reached out to the game's support team during this time, but they have not responded.
