MovieStarPlanet Login Error “Something Went Wrong” Blocks Account Access

I have had a MovieStarPlanet account with the username “galatasaraylı prenses” since around 2012. Two days ago, I was able to log in to my account without any issues from my iPad, but shortly after, I was logged out of the game.

Since then, every time I try to log back in, I receive an error message saying “something went wrong, please try again,” and I have not been able to access my account for the past two days. The error occurs on every login attempt, and I cannot access the game at all.

I have also been unable to contact MovieStarPlanet support. Since I have been using this account for many years and have invested a lot of time into it, this situation is causing me significant inconvenience. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and fixed, and that I regain full access to my account “galatasaraylı prenses” without any problems.
