Received PUBG Mobile Ban With No Explanation, Requesting Review

While playing PUBG Mobile on my iPhone 11 Pro, I received a 1-day ban without any stated reason. The screen only displayed the ban duration, but there was no explanation or violation notice provided. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I have never spent money in the game. I strongly believe my account was banned by mistake.

I contacted PUBG Mobile’s support team, but no real solution was offered, and the ban has not been lifted. I play on the European server, and I’m requesting that my account be reviewed again so that this unjust ban can be removed. I also expect a clear explanation of why this happened and, if necessary, a formal apology for the inconvenience caused.
