MovieStarPlanet Not Working on Windows 11—“Map Var Not Found” Error

I cannot log into MovieStarPlanet 1 on my new computer running Windows 11. On the login screen, I have to press ENTER repeatedly (10–20 times) just to get into the game, but immediately after that, an error appears saying “map var not found,” and the game automatically closes. This issue has been happening since the day I bought the computer, and I experience the same problem at all times of the day.

I can log into the game without any issues on different browsers and devices; the problem only occurs on my Windows 11 computer. I purchased a VIP membership on my account with the username “victo***%,” but I still cannot access the game. I am requesting support to resolve this issue.
