Moulinex Bread Maker Kneading Paddle Not Working, No Spare Parts Offered
I own a Moulinex bread maker, and recently one of the kneading paddles in the dough pan stopped working. When I contacted the service center, I was shocked by their response — they told me I should simply throw the entire machine away.
It seems ridiculous to discard a whole appliance just because of a small kneading paddle. I specifically asked if there was a replacement part available, but was told that none exist. This makes me regret buying the product in the first place, because it suggests Moulinex does not support its machines with even basic spare parts.
Consumers should not have to buy a new appliance every time a small part breaks. I feel very disappointed and frustrated, and I certainly cannot recommend Moulinex to others after this experience.
I demand that Moulinex provide spare parts or a proper repair option for my bread maker instead of suggesting wasteful disposal. A company that markets durable kitchen appliances should be able to support its customers in such simple situations.
