Moulinex Meat Grinder Blade Shaft Broke on Third Use – Poor Warranty Support
I purchased a Moulinex meat grinder, and on the third use, the blade shaft broke. When I contacted the warranty service, they showed no interest in helping. Without even inspecting the product, they immediately blamed it on user error. How could a product break from user error after only three uses? Even if it was a mistake on my part, the proper response would be to ask for the product to inspect and determine the cause. If it’s truly my fault, I’d accept responsibility, but they didn’t even offer that option. Moulinex, this is unacceptable, and I expect proper support for a product that broke so quickly.
