On March 25, 2025, between 09:10 and 09:20 in the morning, I attempted to withdraw money via MoneyGram at the DenizBank branch in Fethiye. Just as we were about to complete the transaction, the system gave an error, and the withdrawal was canceled. However, when I later checked, it showed that the money had been withdrawn at the time of that failed transaction.
I called MoneyGram customer service, but they said DenizBank must call them from a landline. When I went back to the bank, they tried to call, but the automated system fails during the language selection menu—so the call never goes through. As a result, the bank cannot connect with MoneyGram support.
This is a significant amount of money, and I’ve been left without access to it for over a day. When I followed up with the bank today, they said it was a system error and might be fixed by the end of the day. It’s now nearly 4:00 p.m., and there’s still no resolution.
I’ve had repeated issues with MoneyGram lately, and this may be the last time I use your service. I expect urgent action and a full resolution to my complaint immediately.
