DenizBank Won’t Provide MT103 Document — MoneyGram Transfer to Dubai Delayed
On August 6, 2025, I transferred $945 through MoneyGram from DenizBank online banking to the Mashreq Bank Dubai Mall branch in Dubai. My reference number is 44173273. Even though 11 days have passed, the recipient still cannot receive the money. Their bank stated that in order for the transfer to be completed, they need the receipt of the transaction in SWIFT Copy MT103 format.
I contacted DenizBank to obtain this document, but they told me they cannot provide it and that I must go to a MoneyGram branch in person. As a healthcare worker, I am unable to visit a branch during working hours. Although I sent an email regarding the issue, I have not received any response, and my problem remains unresolved.
I request that the SWIFT Copy MT103 document for this transfer be sent to my email address. The recipient can only receive the money once I provide this document. I urgently ask that my issue be resolved.
