My 2406 EUR MoneyGram Withdrawal Has Been Delayed for Over a Week

For the past eight days, I’ve been trying to withdraw 2406 EUR through MoneyGram at the Kuveyt Türk branch in Bursa Karacabey. Even though I go to the branch every day, my transaction still hasn’t been processed because they keep saying the system isn’t working, and my problem continues unresolved. The staff at the branch give no explanation — they just say “the system is down” and send me away.

I also contacted customer service, but they told me that MoneyGram transactions can only be handled at the branch and offered no solution. My transaction is urgent, but there has been no progress at all for eight days.
