Enpara Is Withholding My Deposit from Denizbank ATM and Not Resolving the Issue

I attempted to deposit money into my Enpara account using the Denizbank ATM located on Güvenlik Street, Çankaya, Ankara. At around 21:15 on 11/10/2024, the ATM malfunctioned after I deposited approximately ₺6,975.00, returning my card but not the cash. As I have previously mentioned to Enpara, this money was meant to pay off my credit card debt. It has now been exactly five days, and you have taken no action to resolve this issue. Despite numerous attempts to contact you, neither Enpara nor your resolution center has provided any assistance. Even though the money was deposited via a Denizbank ATM, because you agreed to use other banks' ATMs, Enpara is responsible for this issue. My funds are essentially being withheld by you, and each day I am unable to access my money to pay off my debt. Unless the interest loss I’ve incurred is reimbursed along with the principal, I will be pursuing legal action.
