I Sent Money via MoneyGram to My Garanti Account—Still No Funds Received
On May 2, 2025, between 13:50 and 14:00 (Turkey time), a MoneyGram transfer was made from Dubai to my account at Garanti Bankası. As of now, I still have not received the funds. It has been an unreasonable amount of time, and there is no sign of the money arriving in my bank account.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper tracking or updates from MoneyGram, which claims to be one of the largest global money transfer services. How can a company of this size operate such an unreliable system? If this is the experience with a "top-tier" platform, it's truly disappointing.
I demand immediate clarification and resolution. Where is my money? How can such a delay be acceptable in 2025? This issue must be addressed urgently, or I will escalate it through every available legal and financial channel.
