Enpara Deposit Not Reflected After ATM Error

On November 15, 2025, at around 21:05, while trying to deposit ₺5,000 into a DenizBank ATM using my Enpara card (last four digits: 6726), the ATM displayed an error message, repeated the same error after a short wait, returned my card, but did not return my money. I immediately contacted Enpara customer service, reported the issue, and an objection record was created, yet no solution was offered and I was only told to wait an estimated 20 days. I am experiencing financial hardship during this period and request that my money be refunded as soon as possible and that the process be expedited with clear information provided to me.
