Germany-to-Türkiye MoneyGram Transfer Failed: Still Waiting for a Refund
About eight months ago, I sent 50 EUR through MoneyGram from the Plaune branch in Germany to the PTT branch in Tekman, Erzurum, under the name Muhammed D****. However, the money was never collected in Türkiye, and the transaction was never completed.
During this time, I contacted both MoneyGram and PTT customer service. I emailed all the documents they requested — including the reference number, ID photo, and receipt. Despite the long period that has passed, I have not received any response, nor have I been given a new reference number.
I request a refund of my money and that a new reference number be issued so the transaction can be completed. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
