Remitly Transaction Complaint, Payment Not Delivered

Earlier today, I made a mobile transfer of $500 USD through Remitly to Hasret Kanat’s account at Garanti Bank in Turkey. Although the transaction was completed, the money has not yet arrived in the recipient’s account.

My transaction reference number is r84 123 633 443. So far, I have not contacted Remitly customer service. I urgently request that the money be delivered to the recipient’s account immediately or that a full refund be issued without delay. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
