MoneyGram Halted My Withdrawals

Prior to the holiday, funds were transferred to my MoneyGram account. Unfortunately, the system continued to display errors. I visited multiple times, and every single time, it gave an error. According to them, the system was not functioning. Today, I went once more, and it continued to display an error. I reached out to MoneyGram in Turkey and they informed me that the transaction has been processed and provided me with a reference number. Please take the necessary actions to resolve this issue.
