Remitly Customer Complaint: No Support, Transfer Failed

On September 19, 2025, I made a transfer of €1047 (around 50,000 TL) through the Remitly website to Akbank Kozyatağı/Istanbul branch. Remitly marked the transaction as successful and claimed the money had been delivered, but the recipient’s account never received the funds.
To resolve the issue, I contacted Remitly’s live support, but for nearly two hours I was only able to chat with an AI system and could barely make progress. I also tried reaching Remitly via email and phone, but I could not get through. The transfer reference number is r87 690 619 860.
This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I request that my grievance be resolved immediately. I demand that either the transfer be completed or the full amount refunded to me without further delay.

Remitly contacted me and the refund was processed.
