Missha Sunscreen Caused Eczema

About six months ago, I decided to give Missha's moisturizers and sunscreens a try after receiving a recommendation. After a while, I started experiencing some weird feelings on my face, so I decided to see a doctor. The doctor diagnosed me with eczema and said it was caused by the products I was using. Furthermore, I ended up purchasing a BB cream that completely clashed with my skin color. When I reached out to customer service to explain my concerns, they informed me that they were unable to assist me. I can't believe that a company with branches in almost every shopping mall would leave its customers hanging without any solutions. I'm going to make sure I file complaints wherever they need to be filed. If you're thinking about buying from Missha, be cautious as it might not be worth your money.
Regarding the subject, the necessary information has been provided to you. The color of the BB cream you purchased from our store at a point where you had the opportunity to try it 6 months ago is your responsibility. The feedback you provided about the color is well beyond the period during which we could assist you. According to the visual you shared, you have purchased the sunscreen twice with a one-day interval. The other product is a basic care product with intense moisturizing properties for use on dry skin. If your doctor can provide a committee report on which active ingredient in the products you used might have caused a reaction or eczema on your skin, we would be happy to assist you. Best regards.
