Estee Lauder Skincare Caused Skin Irritation – No Support After 6 Months
I purchased multiple Estee Lauder products on sale, but I never opened them right away because I like to stock up. Recently, I started using them, and within two weeks, my skin developed eczema-like irritation around my nose, with flaky, peeling skin.
I immediately contacted Estee Lauder customer service, sent them photos of my skin, and explained the situation. However, they refused to help because my purchase was over six months old. This is completely unacceptable—we pay a lot of money for these products, yet they won’t stand behind them.
If there’s a time limit on product quality, then the expiration date should be clearly printed on the packaging. I’m extremely disappointed, and I will never buy from Estee Lauder again. I also won’t recommend it to anyone—a brand of this level should treat customers better!
