Missha Sunscreen Won't Absorb – No Customer Support Available

I purchased a sunscreen from Missha’s online store, but it won’t absorb into my skin and just sits on my face like a mask. Unfortunately, there’s no store near my area, so I tried calling their customer service three times today, but no one answered. I’ve always liked Missha as a brand, but this experience has been really disappointing. Even a much cheaper sunscreen I bought from X brand blends better into my skin. I’m upset with the lack of customer support and product quality. Missha, please improve your service and resolve this issue! I expected better from a brand I’ve trusted for so long.

"The given number called me once, I was not available and couldn’t answer. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t reach them. I called many times, I sent them an email, but they only replied with their working hours. Even when I call during working hours, I can’t reach them. I understand they might be busy, but is it really this much? If the company’s contact line is not dealing with customers, what is it dealing with? Have a good day."

When I returned to the store, the original salesperson wasn't there, so I asked another employee for advice. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply told me t...
