On October 26, 2025, at 14:02, the USDT balance in my MEXC Global account was transferred—without my knowledge—first to my spot wallet and then at 14:04 to a BNB wallet. I did not make this transfer, and it was done completely without my authorization. Even though I have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on my account, no Google Authenticator code, email verification, or any other security confirmation was requested during the transfer, and I did not receive any notifications. Additionally, I cannot access the website and I’m unable to reach customer support.
I request a detailed investigation of this unauthorized transfer and that my issue be resolved.
