I initiated a coin transfer from my MEXC account to my Binance TR wallet, and despite entering every detail correctly—including network, address, and MEMO—and receiving a “Completed” status from MEXC, the coins never arrived in my Binance TR account.
I contacted Binance TR support, and they confirmed that MEXC had a system error and the coins should be returned. I even authorized the return of the funds to my MEXC wallet as instructed. But here's the issue: MEXC support refuses to help, even though I’ve provided every possible detail—screenshots, videos, transaction IDs.
They keep ignoring the evidence and denying responsibility. I’ve sent everything they requested, multiple times. Still, no resolution. This is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable.
MEXC, you are holding my funds due to your own system error. Return my coins now. I’ve warned my friends who use this platform, and I will continue to do so. You cannot run a crypto exchange and treat your users this way.
