I just logged into my MEXC Sweatcoin account, and my entire balance is gone! I didn’t make any transactions, withdrawals, or trades, yet my funds have completely disappeared. When I check my wallet, it looks as if I never had any money at all. Where did my Sweatcoin go?

I created my account using my phone number, and now it feels like I’m logging into a brand-new account. This is unacceptable! MEXC needs to fix this issue immediately and restore my balance. I put time and effort into accumulating these funds, and losing them for no reason is beyond frustrating. I demand an explanation and a resolution now!

Failure to return the coins taken from my account on the Mexc app. They did not inform me of the cause of this problem. Additionally, they claimed that I might have another phone number or email address. I have only one phone number. They did not compensate for the loss.
