MEXC Exchange Has Not Refunded My Unsupported Deposit Transfer from OKX

I made an unsupported deposit on March 17, and as of today, April 23, 2025, I still haven’t received it. I think anyone considering using MEXC should proceed with caution. When transferring from Binance to OKX, unsupported deposit refunds usually take less than a week, but from OKX to MEXC, the given timeframe is 60 days, which is unacceptable. This has been my first and most likely last experience with MEXC—it has caused me a lot of stress and disappointment.
