I Transferred Crypto from MEXC to Bybit But the Funds Never Reached My Account

I attempted to transfer my cryptocurrency from MEXC to Bybit, but the funds never arrived. Due to my age, I asked a relative to assist me with the process. I requested that they open a Bybit account in my name and handle the transfer on my behalf.

The transactions were initiated on December 16, 2024, and December 23, 2024. The crypto was clearly shown as withdrawn from my MEXC account, but it has not appeared in my Bybit wallet. I have no idea where the funds went or which wallet address they were actually sent to. I trusted the person helping me, but now I’m deeply worried that the funds were misdirected or even lost.

MEXC and Bybit, I need immediate assistance. I demand a full investigation to trace the destination wallet address and determine who received my assets. These are my personal funds, and I deserve to know where they went. Both platforms must act responsibly and help recover what’s missing. I’m incredibly distressed by this situation and expect transparent answers—urgently.
