Mexc Froze My 470 USDT for a Month-Long Review Without Clear Reason
On 08/08/2025, right after completing a transaction through the Mexc mobile app, my balance of 470 USDT was suddenly frozen under something they call a “control mechanism.” When I contacted customer service, I was only told that a one-month review process had been started and that I had to wait. No additional documents or verifications were requested from me, and no specific reason for this freeze was provided.
This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and it has caused me serious inconvenience. Holding my funds hostage under vague terms for an entire month is unacceptable, especially when I urgently need access to my own money.
I have already filed a complaint with CİMER, and I also shared my case on Şikayetvar and Twitter to highlight this unfair treatment.
👉 I am requesting Mexc to accelerate the review process and immediately release my 470 USDT (Ref. No: 1FtJw) back into my account without further delays. This situation needs urgent resolution.
