On September 7, 2024, MEXC restricted my account under the claim of a "control mechanism," halting all transactions and withdrawals. Customer service keeps repeating the same vague information, and they’ve imposed a 60-day review period with no explanation. I can’t understand how I could have done something wrong with just $1,300 in my account. The Turkish Telegram admins are clueless as well, leaving me completely in the dark. This situation is beyond frustrating, and MEXC is failing to provide proper customer support or satisfaction. They’ve left me feeling helpless. Shame on you, MEXC.
