MEXC Blocked My Account For One Year Without Explaining The Reason

I have been trading cryptocurrencies on the MEXC exchange for about a year. However, as of yesterday, my account was suddenly blocked for one full year. When I reached out to customer support, they only told me that the risk control mechanism had been triggered, but they gave me no clear explanation of what actually happened.
This situation has left me in complete shock. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I do not understand the reason for such an extreme action. Having my account blocked for a year without proper justification is unfair and has caused me serious financial and emotional harm.
My UID is 7522*. I am demanding that this unjust restriction be lifted immediately and that MEXC provide a clear and transparent explanation for why my account was blocked in the first place.
As a long-term user who trusted MEXC with my funds, I expect accountability and proper communication. Leaving customers in the dark with vague references to “risk control” is unacceptable.
