MEXC Risk Control Lock - Withdrawal Issue Unresolved
On October 26 at 11:28 a.m., I tried to withdraw USDT (BEP20) from my MEXC exchange account, but my account has been under risk control for nearly six months, preventing me from making withdrawals or trades. My account UID is 84428***. During this entire period, I have contacted customer service multiple times, but no solution has been provided, and the issue remains unresolved. There are 340 USDT left in my account, and I am unable to withdraw them. I also cannot make any purchases or sales from my account. To this day, MEXC has not sent me any written explanation or official email. I have submitted all required documents and completed my KYC (identity verification) process, yet my account remains locked and I am still struggling. I request that the risk control restriction be removed from my account and my remaining 340 USDT be released immediately.
