MEXC Risk Control Warning Blocking Trades and Withdrawals

For the past two days, I haven’t been able to make any transactions on my MEXC account (UID: 856*86) due to a “risk control” warning. I can’t withdraw funds or open any positions. I also wasn’t able to intervene in my open position, which caused me to lose 1000 USDT. At the moment, I also cannot access the 990 USDT balance that is still in my account.

This issue began immediately after the risk control warning appeared, and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. The same restriction applies on both the mobile app and the website. Even though I contacted MEXC customer service multiple times, I haven’t received any response. I also completed every verification step requested (photos, utility bill, and information verification), but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

I request compensation for my financial loss as well as the return of the balance currently stuck in my account. I urgently ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
