I Can’t Access Mexc Due to Lost Authenticator and Support Is Complicated and Exhausting

I know my Mexc username and password, and I still receive SMS codes to my phone. However, I can’t log in because the Google Authenticator code is tied to my old phone, which I no longer have access to. I submitted a support request asking to remove the Authenticator link, and that’s when the real nightmare began.

They asked me to prepare a handwritten letter with a photo, so I spent over an hour putting that together. Then they demanded photos of both sides of my ID, plus the exact city and country I was logging in from, and even which cryptocurrencies I had bought and in what quantity. Seriously? If I didn’t own this account, how would I even be able to request access?

You've already received a selfie with my ID and handwritten letter—why all these extra, invasive steps? This feels excessive and unnecessary. It’s like they want to make the recovery process so painful that users give up.
