I Can’t Access My MEXC Account After Losing Email—They Refuse to Help Recover It

I’ve been locked out of my MEXC Exchange account because I lost access to my registered email. I have 6–7 altcoins in that account, purchased about 3–4 years ago. Despite providing my phone number (which is still active), I’m not allowed to log in or recover my account.
Support keeps asking me for exact purchase dates and coin names as if that’s reasonable after several years. It feels like they’re doing everything possible not to help me regain access. This process is unnecessarily complicated and completely unhelpful.
Even Binance let me update my email and reopen my account with ease—why can’t MEXC do the same? I’m asking for a secure and fair way to recover my account and access my funds. MEXC, stop making this harder than it needs to be and help your users.
