I Lost Access to My MEXC Account After Resetting My Phone and Still Can’t Log In

I’m extremely disappointed with MEXC’s support. After resetting my phone without backing it up, I lost access to my Google Authenticator codes. As a result, I was locked out of all my crypto exchange accounts. Every other platform I contacted—without exception—responded promptly, verified my identity, and restored access. But it’s been over two months, and MEXC has still done nothing.

Despite following every step they requested—submitting a detailed petition with my account creation date, last login time, open and liquidation positions, investment records, a verification video, and a photo of my ID—they still haven’t resolved the issue. I have open positions that I can’t manage, and I’m left to wonder if they’re just waiting for those trades to be liquidated before taking action.

This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when funds and trades are at risk. I demand immediate assistance from a qualified representative to unlock my account and allow me to manage my investments before further damage is done.
