I have been unable to access my Mexc account for the past week. Both my email address and phone number are correctly registered, and I continue to receive the codes from those channels without any problem. However, the Authenticator code is always rejected, preventing me from logging in.
I contacted live support several times, but the responses are always the same repeated instructions that do not solve the issue. It is extremely frustrating that even with valid phone and email verification, I am still blocked from my own account.
