I Cannot Log Into My Mexc Account, Authenticator Code Rejected for a Week

I have been unable to access my Mexc account for the past week. Both my email address and phone number are correctly registered, and I continue to receive the codes from those channels without any problem. However, the Authenticator code is always rejected, preventing me from logging in.
I contacted live support several times, but the responses are always the same repeated instructions that do not solve the issue. It is extremely frustrating that even with valid phone and email verification, I am still blocked from my own account. This creates the impression that Mexc is deliberately restricting access, which feels unfair and unacceptable.
As a verified customer who can prove identity through multiple channels, I should not be locked out just because the Authenticator system is failing. I request Mexc to reset my Authenticator verification immediately and allow me to access my account using my confirmed email and phone number. Please resolve this login issue urgently and restore my account access without further delay.
